The gardens are open for your use, with patanque, croquet, tennis court (equipment available by request).

With so many great Waikato events hosted close by, we are please to accommodate those attending sporting or cultural events in the area and offer plenty of off-street parking for your horse truck or boat.
For those attending equestrian events close by we can also offer accommodation for horses or ponies with stabling, yards & paddocks available at extra charge.

Located adjacent to the Te Awa Cycle track, a gentle ride connecting Leamington to Lake Karapiro. Bikes are available for hire.

Close to popular wedding venues, including Sarnia Park & Lake Karapiro we offer a beautiful, relaxed environment for pre-wedding preparations and photographs and a romantic location for the Wedding night.

Don't forget that at it's heart this property is also a Farmstay, so you can feel free to visit the Chooks, take a walk around the farm, talk to the cows or watch the horses.

The two self-contained cottages are available individually or for group booking.
Each cottage sleeps 4 with 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 Double Sofa Bed.
Additional single trundle bed is available.
